Frequently Asked Questions
What is your service area?
We provide service throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Core jurisdictions along the I-95 corridor are served directly, and broader DMV coverage — including Baltimore, Richmond Metro, and the Maryland suburbs — is coordinated through our vetted server network. Coverage and timing are confirmed at intake, same business day.
How do you handle addresses that turn out to be invalid?
Service fees cover the attempts made at the address provided by the client. If the subject no longer resides at the location or the address is determined to be invalid, the full service fee still applies. We document all attempts and provide a detailed report. Skip tracing or additional research services may be requested.
How do I receive status updates?
We utilize ServeManager for all assignments, providing you with real-time, automated status updates and secure access to your files.
What kind of documentation do you provide?
Every assignment concludes with court-ready sworn proof of service on the required form for that jurisdiction — Virginia CC-1407 (Circuit) or DC-411 (District), and the corresponding Maryland or DC forms — supported by geo-tagged, timestamped documentation of every attempt. Return deadlines and summons validity differ by jurisdiction (for example, Virginia's 72-hour return; Maryland's 60-day circuit / 30-day district validity), and we file within each jurisdiction's required timeline. Notarized affidavits are available on request at no additional charge for clients or jurisdictions that require them.
How is my sensitive information handled?
We apply rigorous standards to every document. Your data is handled with the same level of confidentiality and control expected in high-stakes professional environments.
